Meet the owners

Paul McGowan started New England Tank Service in 1986 after working for Gill Services, Warwick, RI, for 7 years.

Paul moved the company to the Attleboro area in 1989 where he and his wife Pat raised 5 children.

Today he continues to operate the day to day management of the company but is training his son in law, Steve Huling, to take control of the company.
