Paul McGowan founded New England Tank Service in 1986 after seven years with Gill Services in Warwick, RI. In 1989, he relocated the company to the Attleboro area, where he and his wife Pat raised five children.
Today, Paul works alongside his daughter, Maura, and her husband, Steve, who plan to carry on the family legacy and lead the future of the company.
